BayBold Optional add-ons

A little extra help, where you need it.

Business email, bookings, payments, useful content, and practical AI advice. Choose remote setup, a consultation, or ongoing support, with or without a BayBold website plan.

Our work and your software are separate.

Prices cover BayBold’s services in USD, before applicable tax. Software subscriptions, mailbox licenses, transaction and processing fees, message usage, and other provider costs are additional. You own the accounts and pay the providers directly. We confirm the scope and expected costs before work begins.

Setup and ongoing responsibility

Choose what happens after setup.

Setup & handoff

Project quote

A standalone setup project covers the agreed configuration, testing, and walkthrough for a supported platform you own. You can take the handoff or choose ongoing help; a one-time project does not automatically start a monthly subscription.

Setup + tools care

Ongoing care quoted separately, or included in Business and Growth

Business and Growth include ongoing care for the agreed standard email, booking, and payment tools. Standalone tools care is also available by quote. We confirm the systems, updates, checks, and support responsibilities in your proposal.

Custom backend or integration

Build quote + monthly maintenance quote

A custom backend or code-dependent integration receives a separate build and monthly maintenance quote. We agree on hosting, monitoring, updates, recovery, support, and handoff responsibilities before taking operational responsibility.

Custom maintenance scope

Tools care covers the supported systems in your proposal. It is optional for hosted setup projects and is not required just to keep using them. Campaign production does not require a tools-care subscription.

Standard tools care covers supported hosted platforms within the agreed scope. Custom software, complex integrations, daily business operations, campaign production beyond your content scope, and staffed 24/7 incident response are separate. Extra work is approved before it is billed.

Standard website hosting and a qualifying .com domain are included in core plans. Software subscriptions, custom backend hosting, processing, messaging, and usage fees are separate and paid directly by your business. Setup pays for initial work; monthly service pays for the ongoing work we agree to perform. Campaign production and other retained services have their own scope.
