We agree on hosting, monitoring, updates, recovery, support, and handoff responsibilities before taking operational responsibility. If custom-system maintenance ends, hosting and operations need a handoff to you or another provider. Website ownership does not include free ongoing backend operation. Any extra migration work is quoted and approved in advance. Keeping your fully paid website does not require an ongoing BayBold license fee. We agree on the transfer of operational responsibilities before maintenance ends; custom backend hosting and provider charges continue separately.
