This website introduces BayBold’s website and digital support services. General descriptions, guides, and indicative pricing help you explore the options. General information does not place an order; completed online orders are governed by the service terms below.

Project scope and payment

For custom projects, a signed agreement and statement of work set out your deliverables, fees, payment schedule, timelines, responsibilities, ownership, and cancellation terms. For a standard online order, your checkout summary, the displayed scope, and the online service terms below set out those details. Prices shown are in USD for the stated scope, before applicable tax and separately agreed third-party charges. Additional locations and complex functionality require a quote.

Online orders and service terms

Checkout terms version: 2026-10-21.checkout-2. Selecting a plan alone does not place an order. When you accept these terms and complete payment on Stripe, your order covers the standard plan and add-on scopes displayed at checkout, at the prices shown in your order. These online-order terms apply to that standard scope. Custom proposals and any separately signed agreement govern their stated work.

Billing begins at payment

The first service period starts when payment is confirmed and includes setup and ongoing support. Monthly plans renew monthly. Annual plans renew yearly and include 12 months for the price of 10 on the core plan. Recurring add-ons renew on the same schedule at their regular rate; annual add-ons cost 12 monthly payments. One-time setup and design charges do not repeat.

Cancellation and refunds

Cancel before renewal by emailing hi@baybold.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid service period. Prepaid fees are not automatically prorated or refunded, except where required by law. If BayBold cannot accept the standard project before work starts, the initial order is refunded and the subscription canceled.

Onboarding and delivery

We contact you using your order details to arrange onboarding. Timing depends on access, supplied materials, approvals, and provider availability; no launch date or business results are guaranteed. No additional work is charged without your approval.

Included domain and hosting

Standard website hosting, HTTPS, and one qualifying .com registration or renewal under $20/year are included in every plan. Bring your existing domain or choose an available .com. We cover one non-premium .com registration or renewal per service year when its annual registration or renewal price is under $20, while a core plan or Domain + Hosting Only is active. Availability and renewal pricing are checked before purchase. Existing domains can stay at their registrar; no transfer is required just to use our hosting. We arrange renewal payment or reimbursement for a qualifying existing domain with you. Premium domains, other extensions, domains costing $20/year or more, purchases from another owner, extra domains, and transfer or recovery fees are separate and require your approval. If renewal pricing stops qualifying, we explain the options and agree any separate cost before renewal. There is no cash credit for an unused domain benefit or reimbursement for charges incurred before service begins. The business remains the registrant with account and recovery access. Included hosting covers one standard informational website on BayBold’s supported hosting, with HTTPS, DNS configuration, infrastructure updates, uptime monitoring, and platform-appropriate backups. Dedicated infrastructure, custom applications, paid site-builder or CMS subscriptions, and unusually demanding storage or traffic need a separate approved quote. Existing third-party hosting can remain in place if agreed; its bill remains separate, with no unused-hosting credit. Premium or non-qualifying domains, hosted site-builder subscriptions, business software, custom backend hosting, and provider usage are separate and paid directly by you.

Optional Domain + Hosting Only after cancellation

Domain + Hosting Only is an optional $49/month service for existing BayBold websites after a core plan ends, before applicable tax, with no new setup fee for keeping the existing supported site in place. It includes the same standard hosting, HTTPS, DNS configuration, infrastructure updates, uptime monitoring, backups, and qualifying .com renewal benefit. Website edits, content updates, SEO, email administration, booking or payment integration maintenance, marketing, and custom backend operations are not included. Requests about hosting, DNS, or outages remain supported. Third-party costs and any separately approved migration or custom work remain extra. It renews monthly, has no annual two-month discount, and can be canceled before renewal by emailing hi@baybold.com. It starts only with your explicit approval after the core plan’s paid period ends; cancellation never enrolls you automatically. If you decline it, arrange a hosting handoff before the core plan ends. Domain ownership and the continuing website license remain yours; afterward, domain renewals and hosting become your or your next provider’s responsibility.

Your website and third-party costs

Once setup is fully paid, you may keep using the delivered website after support ends, with no buyout or ongoing license fee. Standard handoff of the agreed files and client-owned accounts is included; additional migration or rebuilding is quoted first. Before the core plan’s paid period ends, choose a handoff to your own provider or explicitly opt into Domain + Hosting Only for $49/month. That service replaces the core plan; it is not an additional mandatory fee or automatic enrollment. Required business software and custom backend operations still need separate payment and an operational owner.

Plan scopes

Essential: An informational website for one business, location or service area, and language; one design direction with two review rounds. Includes standard website hosting, HTTPS, one qualifying .com registration or renewal under $20/year, mobile layouts, basic search structure, inquiry links or a standard contact form, launch, routine maintenance, small updates to existing pages, and email support. New features, redesigns, ecommerce, custom apps, migrations, and regulated intake are separately quoted. Your business supplies approved facts, images, and feedback.

Business: Everything in Essential, plus standard setup and routine care for one email provider (up to three mailboxes), one booking platform and calendar, and one hosted payment provider. You can choose which tools to activate during onboarding. Software and usage fees are paid directly to providers. Custom software, complex scheduling, migrations, and daily operations are separate.

Growth: Everything in Business, plus local search and Google Business Profile setup for one location or service area, directory and review-request checks, a monthly progress summary, and one content item per month: an email campaign or a blog article. We agree topics together and publish only with your approval. Extra content, locations, and custom automation are separate.

Optional add-on scopes

Logo design: One design direction, two refinement rounds, and final SVG and PNG files. Trademark searches and naming are separate.

Business email: One supported email provider, up to three mailboxes, domain authentication, and routine administration. Mailbox subscriptions, historical migration, and device IT support are separate.

Booking & reservations: One supported booking platform and calendar, standard services, reminders, a website connection, and ongoing configuration care. Complex scheduling and custom backends are separate.

Online payments: One provider and a standard hosted payment link or booking-deposit connection, with ongoing configuration checks. You handle financial operations. Ecommerce, custom billing, taxes, and marketplaces are separate.

An extra monthly article: One article of up to 800 words per month, one revision, and publishing to your supported website after approval. Added to any content already included in Growth. Specialist review and interviews are separate.

An extra monthly email: One template-based campaign per month, one revision, testing, and scheduling after approval. Added to any content already included in Growth. Requires a configured email platform and permission-based audience; platform fees and complex automations are separate.

AI opportunity session: One remote consultation and written recommendations for your current workflows. Implementation, training, software, and ongoing support are separately quoted.

Monthly and annual billing

Annual plans include 12 months of support for the price of 10, paid upfront. The setup fee is separate and is not discounted. Add-ons and third-party charges are separate.

Keeping your website after care ends

Yes. Once your website setup is fully paid, you can cancel ongoing care and keep using the delivered website. There is no buyout or ongoing BayBold license fee.

Monthly plans renew monthly. Annual plans renew yearly; cancel before renewal to stop the next charge. Support continues through your paid service period. Online orders begin at checkout and include setup. Cancel before renewal by emailing hi@baybold.com. Prepaid fees are not automatically prorated or refunded except where required by law; see the service terms. The canceled core plan’s recurring charges stop after its final paid period. Domain + Hosting Only starts only if you explicitly choose it; other services you retain remain separately billed. Unpaid setup fees and previously approved work or commitments remain payable.

Cancel ongoing support and keep your website with us for $49/month, including standard hosting, HTTPS, and the same qualifying .com renewal benefit. Or move to another provider with a standard handoff included. Your domain stays in your business’s name. Required business software remains separately paid; after a handoff, you or your next provider pay for hosting and domain renewals.

Website edits, SEO, content work, business-tool maintenance, and core-plan support end after the final paid period. If you choose Domain + Hosting Only, infrastructure upkeep and help with hosting, DNS, and outages continue; otherwise you or your next provider take over hosting and operations.

Standard handoff of the agreed website files and client-owned accounts is included. Source-based websites include source files; hosted-platform exports and transfers depend on the platform’s capabilities and terms. Arrange the handoff before the core plan ends if you are not keeping hosting with us. Additional migration, rebuilding, or new work is quoted and approved before it begins.

If custom-system maintenance ends, hosting and operations need a handoff to you or another provider. Website ownership does not include free ongoing backend operation. Any extra migration work is quoted and approved in advance.

Your continuing license to reusable BayBold components embedded in the delivered website remains in place after cancellation. Third-party assets, software, and platforms retain their own license terms.

Free website checkup

The checkup samples public pages and returns automated observations and suggestions. It is not an exhaustive technical, security, accessibility, legal, or search audit. Some pages and measurements may be unavailable. Findings need appropriate human review, and no rankings, AI citations, revenue improvements, or error-free results are promised. Please submit only public business websites and accurate contact details, and do not use the tool to probe private systems or send unwanted messages. Requesting a checkup does not create a paid service agreement.

Content and reasonable use

You may view this website and share links to it. BayBold branding, original content, and design assets remain subject to their applicable ownership and license terms. Please do not misrepresent the work, interfere with the site, or submit unlawful or confidential third-party material through general inquiries.

Results and availability

Examples and guides are general information. Search rankings, AI citations, traffic, leads, revenue, uninterrupted hosting, and third-party platform decisions are not guaranteed. Timelines depend on agreed inputs, approvals, and platform availability.
