Useful stories. Written for your customers.
Helpful articles that answer your customers’ questions.
We turn your expertise into useful website content, with topics and drafts reviewed together. Growth can include an agreed blog-content rhythm. Extra articles and standalone writing are quoted for the work you need.
What the starting scope includes
- Agreed topics and appropriate research
- Drafting, editing, and your review
- Search-friendly titles and approved publishing
What we need from you
We review your goals, existing tools, and agreed access before confirming the scope and price. You own the accounts and approve the work.
Third-party costs stay separate
Software subscriptions, custom backend hosting, processing, messaging, and other provider fees are separate and paid directly by your business. Core website plans already include standard website hosting and a qualifying .com domain; standalone add-ons do not add that benefit.
You approve the provider plan and pay it directly. Your business owns the account, its billing details, and its recovery access. BayBold works through agreed access.
Inputs and approvals
You approve content before publication or scheduling. We agree on materials, review deadlines, and the delivery schedule in your proposal.
Routine campaign testing, scheduling, and reporting are included in the campaign scope. Article publishing is included in the writing scope. Neither requires an additional tools-care subscription; only separately requested administration is extra.
A clear boundary around the work
The schedule, article scope, and review process are confirmed in your proposal. Specialist review, interviews, licensed media, new publishing systems, and additional production are separate.
Before we begin
We review your current tools, confirm compatibility and responsibilities, and agree on a written scope and price. We confirm the deliverables and quote before work begins.
This service is billed monthly, with no long minimum term on the standard scope. Cancel before the next renewal and service continues through the paid period. Setup and third-party commitments remain separate.
Growth includes an agreed email marketing or blog-content rhythm; extra and standalone work is quoted. We confirm what your plan covers first so the same work is not charged twice.
Can I book an add-on without a website plan?
Yes. Business email setup, booking and payment setup, email marketing, blog writing, AI consultation, and tools care can be scoped independently of our website plans. We first review your platform, access, and requirements. Buying a one-time setup does not start a monthly BayBold subscription.
Are software subscriptions and transaction fees included in add-on prices?
No. Add-on prices cover BayBold’s work only, before applicable tax. Mailbox licenses, booking and marketing subscriptions, payment processing, transaction fees, message usage, and other provider costs are separate. You own the accounts and pay providers directly. We confirm the expected costs and scope before starting.
Do setup projects include ongoing management?
A standalone setup-and-handoff project covers configuration, testing, and a walkthrough. Ongoing help can be quoted separately, or included through Business or Growth for agreed standard tools. Custom backends need a separate maintenance agreement or an operational handoff. No standalone setup automatically starts a subscription.
What is the difference between business email and email marketing?
Business email setup connects mailboxes such as hello@yourbusiness.com to your domain and email provider. Email marketing setup configures a separate marketing audience, signup form, branded template, and basic welcome email. Writing and scheduling recurring campaigns is another optional service.
