What we need from you
We review your goals, existing tools, and agreed access before confirming the scope and price. You own the accounts and approve the work.
Third-party costs stay separate
Software subscriptions, custom backend hosting, processing, messaging, and other provider fees are separate and paid directly by your business. Core website plans already include standard website hosting and a qualifying .com domain; standalone add-ons do not add that benefit.
You approve the provider plan and pay it directly. Your business owns the account, its billing details, and its recovery access. BayBold works through agreed access.
A clear boundary around the work
Initial setup, migrations, custom backend operations, daily business administration, and staffed 24/7 support are separate. The same work is not charged again when your plan already covers it.
Before we begin
We review your current tools, confirm compatibility and responsibilities, and agree on a written scope and price. We confirm the deliverables and quote before work begins.
This service is billed monthly, with no long minimum term on the standard scope. Cancel before the next renewal and service continues through the paid period. Setup and third-party commitments remain separate.

Standard tools care and custom systems
Standard tools care covers supported hosted platforms within the agreed scope. Custom software, complex integrations, daily business operations, campaign production beyond your content scope, and staffed 24/7 incident response are separate. Extra work is approved before it is billed.

Does a custom backend need its own maintenance plan?
A custom backend or code-dependent integration receives a separate build and monthly maintenance quote. We agree on hosting, monitoring, updates, recovery, support, and handoff responsibilities before taking operational responsibility. What happens if I cancel custom-system maintenance?
If custom-system maintenance ends, hosting and operations need a handoff to you or another provider. Website ownership does not include free ongoing backend operation. Any extra migration work is quoted and approved in advance. Keeping your fully paid website does not require an ongoing BayBold license fee. We agree on the transfer of operational responsibilities before maintenance ends; custom backend hosting and provider charges continue separately.
