Find a useful opportunity.
Review the work, your goals, and your existing tools. You get a shortlist of ideas and a recommendation on where to start.
Practical opportunities, checked against the tools you actually use.
We review your everyday work, identify useful opportunities, and recommend practical next steps. A website plan is not required.
We review your goals, existing tools, and agreed access before confirming the scope and price. You own the accounts and approve the work.
Software subscriptions, custom backend hosting, processing, messaging, and other provider fees are separate and paid directly by your business. Core website plans already include standard website hosting and a qualifying .com domain; standalone add-ons do not add that benefit.
You approve the provider plan and pay it directly. Your business owns the account, its billing details, and its recovery access. BayBold works through agreed access.
Consultation is an assessment. Implementation, pilots, training, and ongoing support receive separate quotes after feasibility review. We may recommend a simpler change or another specialist.
We review your current tools, confirm compatibility and responsibilities, and agree on a written scope and price. We confirm the workflows to review, the deliverables, and the consultation fee before starting. An implementation proposal is a separate next step, if appropriate.
The payment schedule and acceptance steps are agreed in the proposal. Ongoing support is optional and separately agreed.
Separately quoted for your business. We confirm what your plan covers first so the same work is not charged twice.
Consultation first. Implementation by agreement.
Review the work, your goals, and your existing tools. You get a shortlist of ideas and a recommendation on where to start.
If an idea looks practical, we check platform access, data needs, cost, and whether we can deliver it. Implementation is a separate quote and decision.
An agreed pilot includes clear success criteria, human review, and a handoff. Training, rollout, and ongoing support are scoped around the actual system.

These are starting points for a conversation. The right approach depends on your platform, available features, data, and team. We check feasibility before offering an implementation project.
Yes. Our AI opportunity consultation reviews your goals, agreed workflows, and current tools. You receive a prioritized shortlist of opportunities, the main dependencies and cost considerations, and a written recommendation on next steps. The consultation is a separately scoped project; a website plan is not required.
No. The review and recommendations are the consultation deliverables. If an opportunity looks feasible and fits our capabilities, we can quote a separate pilot or implementation project. Platform access, data needs, testing, training, and ongoing support affect that scope. There is no obligation to proceed.
We first check the platform, its available features or integrations, permissions, and your requirements. Some ideas can use an existing feature; others need a connection or custom work. Some will not be practical for BayBold to implement. We explain what we can support before proposing a build.
Consultation is priced by the agreed scope. Implementation and ongoing support receive separate quotes after review. AI subscriptions, API or model usage, automation services, and other provider fees are separate and paid directly by your business. These projects are outside the standard website and tools-care allowances; we agree costs before work begins.
