BayBold Email marketing & content

Give people a reason to stay connected.

Email marketing setup, ongoing campaigns, and helpful blog articles for your customers.

Useful words. A steady rhythm.

Keep sharing useful information without having to do all the writing yourself.

From a first welcome email to answers your customers search for, we help turn your expertise into clear content. Choose a one-time email marketing setup, ongoing campaigns, blog writing, or a separately agreed combination. Growth includes an agreed content rhythm; standalone work is also available without a website plan. Email-platform setup can be handed over or paired with standard monthly tools care; the production scope is agreed before starting.

What the work can include

  • Marketing audience, signup form, and template setup
  • A basic welcome email on a supported platform
  • Email campaign writing and scheduling
  • Blog writing and publishing
  • Content review and revisions
  • Your approval before scheduling or publishing

Growth includes an agreed email marketing or blog-content rhythm. You can also request a standalone content project or additional production. Platform fees, complex automation, and specialist review are separate.

Optional services

Helpful to know

Before we begin.

Can I book an add-on without a website plan?

Yes. Business email setup, booking and payment setup, email marketing, blog writing, AI consultation, and tools care can be scoped independently of our website plans. We first review your platform, access, and requirements. Buying a one-time setup does not start a monthly BayBold subscription.

Are software subscriptions and transaction fees included in add-on prices?

No. Add-on prices cover BayBold’s work only, before applicable tax. Mailbox licenses, booking and marketing subscriptions, payment processing, transaction fees, message usage, and other provider costs are separate. You own the accounts and pay providers directly. We confirm the expected costs and scope before starting.

Do setup projects include ongoing management?

A standalone setup-and-handoff project covers configuration, testing, and a walkthrough. Ongoing help can be quoted separately, or included through Business or Growth for agreed standard tools. Custom backends need a separate maintenance agreement or an operational handoff. No standalone setup automatically starts a subscription.
