You receive a monthly progress summary. Topics, deliverables, and approvals are confirmed together; larger content programs are quoted separately.

Domain and hosting, included.

We cover one available, non-premium .com registration or renewal per year costing under $20/year. Your domain is registered in your business’s name and stays under your control.

Included hosting covers one standard informational website on BayBold’s supported hosting, with HTTPS, DNS configuration, infrastructure updates, uptime monitoring, and platform-appropriate backups. Dedicated infrastructure, custom applications, paid site-builder or CMS subscriptions, and unusually demanding storage or traffic need a separate approved quote. Existing third-party hosting can remain in place if agreed; its bill remains separate, with no unused-hosting credit.

Premium or non-qualifying domains, hosted site-builder subscriptions, business software, custom backend hosting, and provider usage are separate and paid directly by you.

A clear start, then ongoing support.

Every plan includes platform-appropriate security and backup checks, small existing-page updates, and a monthly status summary. We set up visitor and inquiry tracking where your platform and privacy choices support it. Self-editing access and a walkthrough are available on supported client-owned platforms; platform subscriptions remain separate.

Setup gets your website and agreed services ready to use. For online orders, the first service period starts at checkout and includes setup and ongoing support. Choose monthly billing or prepay an annual service period with 2 months free. Review the standard scope and final price in checkout, or contact us for a custom quote. No plan includes unlimited work or guaranteed search results.

Annual plans include 12 months of support for the price of 10, paid upfront. The setup fee is separate and is not discounted. Add-ons and third-party charges are separate. Monthly plans renew monthly. Annual plans renew yearly; cancel before renewal to stop the next charge. Support continues through your paid service period. Online orders begin at checkout and include setup. Cancel before renewal by emailing hi@baybold.com. Prepaid fees are not automatically prorated or refunded except where required by law; see the service terms.

Keep your website, even if you leave.

Yes. Once your website setup is fully paid, you can cancel ongoing care and keep using the delivered website. There is no buyout or ongoing BayBold license fee. Cancel before renewal and the canceled plan’s service and charges end after its final paid period. Cancel ongoing support and keep your website with us for $49/month, including standard hosting, HTTPS, and the same qualifying .com renewal benefit. Or move to another provider with a standard handoff included. Your domain stays in your business’s name. Required business software remains separately paid; after a handoff, you or your next provider pay for hosting and domain renewals.
